Edwin’s practice centers on patent prosecution before the US Patent & Trademark Office, extending to trademark, licensing and litigation, including copyright cases, as these areas come into play with respect to his clients products and services. With an extensive and diverse range of clients, Edwin’s patents and pending applications cover a wide range of technologies from medical devices to inventions for construction, sporting goods and safety equipment. With a background in English composition as well as Law and Science, Edwin’s experience is particularly suited to patent prosecution, licensing and litigation.
Edwin recently published an article in IP Today analyzing recent case law effects on 35 U.S.C. §271(f) and method patent extraterritoriality.
